
Bernd Ulrich, born in 1960, is deputy editor-in-chief of Die Zeit. He studied political science and philosophy in Marburg, Germany. After working for the "Wochenpost" and the "Tagesspiegel", he became deputy editor-in-chief and head of the Berlin office of the "Zeit" in 2003. He published several books on the topic of ecology and the climate crisis.
