Mark Schieritz

Mark Schieritz is finance and economy correspondent for the German weekly newspaper DIE ZEIT. He studied economics and political science at the University of Freiburg and at the London School of Economics. Among other things, he was a senior editor at the "Financial Times Deutschland" ("FTD") before joining ZEIT. He has been awarded numerous prizes - including the Keynes Society Media Prize and the Ernst Schneider Prize - and has published two non-fiction books.
